Products must have all the original tags, labels, and accessories.

Personalized or customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@rbexpress.com.bd, stating your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product, if applicable.

Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the shipping address.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels.

Write the RMA number on the package.

Ship the product to the provided address using a reliable courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of delivery.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or store credit, as per your preference. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

3. Shipping Charges:

RBexpress.com.bd will cover the shipping charges for returns in the following scenarios:

If the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.

If the wrong product was delivered.

For all other scenarios, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

4. Refund Options:

RBexpress.com.bd offers two refund options:

Refund to the original payment method.

Store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that the refund amount may vary depending on the payment method used and any applicable fees charged by the payment gateway or the bank.
